This layout contributes to an easy and convenient flow of traffic throughout as well as making it possible to appreciate the full length of the boat from forepeak bulkhead to transom. The arrangement provides three en-suite staterooms, each with their own dedicated head. A two bunk en-suite guest cabin to starboard, a VIP en-suite stateroom to forward with a queen berth, and an en-suite mid-ship master stateroom to port with an island queen. The accommodations are dressed with teak with ultra-leather headliner and offer great comfort and convenience without any steep stairs to negotiate. Centrally located in the passageway behind a sliding teak door is the full-sized Bosch Axxis washer & separate dryer.

The mid-ship master stateroom is situated to port and features a queen-sized island berth (with a Tempurpedic  mattress) that allows access from either side. The master berth can lift hydraulically to access expansive storage beneath while two nightstands are positioned at each side. A large bureau, with extensive hanging lockers and drawers, resides at the aft wall and the stateroom’s en-suite head is located forward, along with a full-length mirror. At the inboard wall is a mounted 40” HD TV facing the berth, along with the cabin’s access to the central accommodations passageway.

The VIP stateroom to forward is composed of a queen sized island berth (with HMC system 3 mattress) surrounded by shelves, cabinets, drawers, and hanging lockers to each side. Similar to the island queen in the master stateroom, this arrangement allows for ease of access from either side and the entire berth can be raised with a hydraulic lift to access a storage cavity underneath—perfect for linens or keeping valuables out of sight. Over head is a large skylight / escape hatch which, in addition to the port holes, provides great natural light to the cabin.

The final stateroom is found to starboard and comes equipped with twin berths in a bunk arrangement (bottom berth features a HMC system 3 mattress). The top bunk can fold up and away when not in use and features a small attached ladder, perfect for children to climb up. This third cabin features great storage options with a hanging locker and dresser drawer and its own dedicated ensuite head with direct access to forward.

In summary the accommodations includes 3 en suite staterooms with 3 heads and features the central passage layout with a mid-ship master cabin to port.

The pilothouse is the nerve center of the Fleming and is separated from the activities throughout the rest of the vessel by a privacy door, however it remains only a few short steps from the salon and accommodations. The forward console area has been designed to accommodate a full array of today’s modern electronics, and easy accessibility has been built in to allow for service and future upgrades. The electrical distribution panels are below the main controls and are hinged and illuminated for access and service.

Visibility forward and to port and starboard is excellent, and the two sliding doors at either side open to the wide side decks. The traditional teak and holly sole is standard with fitted carpeting on top. To aft port is a raised corner settee and teak table which provides an excellent view while underway. At the aft starboard corner of the pilothouse is the day head. Two Stidd Slimline helm chairs and a large stainless steel teak-accented destroyer wheel completes the pilothouse of this ultimate cruising yacht.

The backside of the electronics console can hinge open for easy access from within the pilothouse, overhead of the corner settee. The starboard side of the flybridge features a cushioned sun-lounge, U-shaped settee, and a custom mounted table with large teak top. Aft of the wet bar is an additional settee, followed by a flybridge grill. The following extended non-skid aft boat deck includes the tender, davit, life raft, and hatch down with stepladder down to the cockpit. At either side of the boat deck, just aft of the radar arch, are two flip-out Twin Disc EJS joystick control stations with EPS control panels. In common with all Flemings, the hull is hand laid solid fiberglass reinforced with a grid of stringers and frames. Vinylester resin is used above and below the waterline with further protection below the waterline provided by epoxy barrier coats. Propeller tunnels allow the draft to be kept low for Bahamas cruising while ensuring that the running gear is protected by a full-length keel which is foam filled and glassed across the top to isolate it from the hull.

Special attention has been paid to the ease and safety in which the heavy duty ground tackle is set and retrieved. The anchor platform accepts two anchors, each of which can be controlled by a handheld unit at the platform or by windlass controls at both the pilothouse and flybridge stations.

On deck she has the familiar walk-around decks seen on all the Flemings with high bulwarks and a Portuguese Bridge provide security for both children and pets. At either side of the Portuguese bridge, just forward of the pilothouse sliding doors, are two flod-out wing stations with EJS joystick controls & EPS control panels. Like the  two matching wing stations at the flybridge level, these can fold away when not in use to stay hidden and protected.

The foredeck features a raised central platform trunk with large hatches allowing for a tremendous amount of storage fitting everything from dock lines, shore cords, and more. The foredeck’s chain locker is also a great storage location for larger fenders. Fuel fills are conveniently located on each side under the steps to the Portuguese bridge with a high speed transfer pump and large bore transfer lines to ease refueling. The spacious cockpit has built-in seating through corner lockers with twin cablemasters housed within. Cockpit docking controls are located starboard of the salon doors along with a built-in cockpit sink and fridge. Port of the salon doors is a storage compartment beneath the step ladder leading up to the flybridge. Overhead the cockpit is covered by the extended aft boat deck providing plenty of shade to the area. Lockable hatches against gaskets provide access to the engine room and spacious lazarette at the cockpit deck.

The engine room is accessed from a hatch aft of the salon doors through the outside leading down to the oval, submarine-style, engine-room door with viewing port. Systems and engineering are a notable feature of all Fleming Yachts whose philosophy has always been to choose only the best equipment available for the job and make sure that it is readily accessible for maintenance. To achieve the extremely low sound and vibration that Flemings are known for, Aqua-Drive shaft systems transfer the thrust directly to the hull and isolate the engine by using soft engine mounts.

The lazarette houses the water tanks, steering gear and air conditioning compressors while also leaving ample room for storing cruising gear such as spare anchors, rode, lines, fenders, and parts. Having the A/C compressors located here instead of in a hot engine room improves performance and efficiency and minimizes noise. Additionally, all battery isolation switches are accessible from outside the engine-room.
