Anchoring the wet bar is a large settee that extends along the port side and wraps inboard along the edge of the galley countertop.

At the starboard side is a full-length credenza which, in combination with the compartments found beneath the port side settee, provides great salon storage capabilities. The salon’s 40” Samsung HD TV and Sonos soundbar is situated at the entertainment cabinet in the starboard aft corner of the credenza and is capable of retracting out of sight with its hydraulic lift. Here you will find the en-suite mid-ship master stateroom to aft, a guest cabin to port, and a VIP stateroom to forward. A guest head is located to starboard, adjacent to the forward cabin with access from the hallway lobby. The full-sized Bosch Axxis washer & separate dryer can be found to port in the accommodations lobby just aft of the starboard cabin.

The mid-ship master stateroom takes advantage of the 18’8” beam and features a queen-sized island berth (with HMC mattress) that allows access from either side. The master berth can lift hydraulically to access expansive storage and a safe beneath while two nightstands are positioned at each side. A large bureau, with hanging lockers and drawers, resides to port and the stateroom’s en-suite head is located to starboard, along with a full-length mirror. At the forward wall is a mounted 32” HD TV, the cabin’s access to the central accommodations lobby, and a additional hanging locker with drawers below.

Both the master and guest heads are exceptionally spacious with generous glass and stainless steel shower enclosures. Granite countertops compliment the matching granite floor and shelving in the one piece molded fiberglass shower stalls. The master head features a dual sink arrangement.

The VIP stateroom to forward is composed of a queen sized island berth (With HMC mattress) surrounded by shelves, cabinets, drawers, and hanging lockers to each side. Similar to the island queen in the master stateroom, this arrangement allows for ease of access from either side and the entire berth can be raised with a hydraulic lift to access a storage cavity underneath—perfect for linens or keeping valuable out of sight. Over head is a large skylight / escape hatch which, in addition to the port holes, provides great natural light to the cabin. A 32” HD TV is wall-mounted to the starboard side, facing the berth.

The final stateroom is found to port and comes equipped with twin berths in a bunk arrangement. A mounted mirror is located at the forward wall and storage opportunities can be found through various drawers & cabinets within the cabin.

The pilothouse is the nerve center of the Fleming and is separated from the activities throughout the rest of the vessel by a privacy door, however it remains only a few short steps from the salon and accommodations. The forward console area has been designed to accommodate a full array of today’s modern electronics, and easy accessibility has been built in to allow for service and future upgrades. The electrical distribution panels are below the main controls and are hinged and illuminated for access and service.

Visibility forward and to port and starboard is excellent, and the two sliding doors at either side open to the wide side decks. The traditional teak and holly sole is standard with fitted carpeting on top. To aft port is a raised corner settee and teak table which provides an excellent view while underway. To starboard of the pilothouse console are the steps leading down to the accommodations. At the aft starboard corner of the pilothouse is the day head. A Stidd helm chair and a large stainless steel teak-accented destroyer wheel completes the pilothouse of this ultimate cruising yacht.

In common with all Flemings, the hull is hand laid solid fiberglass reinforced with a grid of stringers and frames. Vinylester resin is used above and below the waterline with further protection below the waterline provided by epoxy barrier coats. Propeller tunnels allow the draft to be kept low for Bahamas cruising while ensuring that the running gear is protected by a full-length keel which is foam filled and glassed across the top to isolate it from the hull.

Special attention has been paid to the ease and safety in which the heavy duty ground tackle is set and retrieved. The anchor platform accepts two anchors, each of which can be controlled by a handheld unit at the platform or by windlass controls at both the pilothouse and flybridge stations.

On deck she has the familiar walk-around decks we are used to seeing on all the Flemings and the high bulwarks and Portuguese Bridge provide security for both children and pets. The foredeck features a raised central platform trunk with large hatches allowing for a tremendous amount of storage fitting everything from dock lines, shore cords, and more. The foredeck’s chain locker is also a great storage location for larger fenders. Fuel fills are conveniently located on each side under the steps to the Portuguese bridge. A high speed transfer pump and large bore transfer lines ease refueling. The capacious cockpit has built-in seating through corner lockers with twin cablemasters housed within. Cockpit docking controls are located starboard of the salon doors while a storage compartment is located to port, beneath the step ladder to the flybridge. Lockable hatches against gaskets provide access to the engine room and spacious lazarette at the cockpit deck.

The engine room is accessed from a hatch aft of the salon doors through the outside leading down to the oval, submarine-style, engine-room door with viewing port. Systems and engineering are a notable feature of all Fleming Yachts whose philosophy has always been to choose only the best equipment available for the job and make sure that it is readily accessible for maintenance. To achieve the extremely low sound and vibration that Flemings are known for, Aqua-Drive shaft systems transfer the thrust directly to the hull and isolate the engine by using soft engine mounts.

The lazarette houses the water tanks, steering gear and air conditioning compressors while also leaving ample room for storing cruising gear such as spare anchors, rode, lines, fenders, and parts. Having the A/C compressors located here instead of in a hot engine room improves performance and efficiency and minimizes noise. Additionally, all battery isolation switches are accessible from outside the engine-room.
