A Fleming 75 with a wide variety of retrofits and modernizations—most of which have been applied over the last 3 years. Notable upgrades include: fully refit pilothouse console with all new pilothouse & flybridge navigation electronics (2024), overhaul/replacement of all AC units, and the entire exterior has been freshly painted and revitalized (2024). This boat truly stands tall and comes equipped with twin 1,550 horsepower Cat C-30 engines and two Northern Lights 33kw gens.
The layout of this Fleming 75 provides a multi-level flybridge, including a raised flybridge helm arrangement and two off-set hardtops overhead. Features include: ABT hydraulic bow & stern thrusters, ABT hydraulic stabilizers, Aqua-Drive thrust-bearing system, Furuno TZTouch2 Black Box electronics (2024), FCI water maker, pilothouse day head, non-skid foredeck (redone in 2024), partial 3-panel forward flybridge enclosure, California deck with full enclosure (new 2024), and a 16’ Rendova tender with a 115hp Yamaha outboard.
Interior accommodations consist of three en-suite staterooms with three heads: a mid-ship master stateroom with island king berth, a forward VIP stateroom with an island queen berth, and a port side guest stateroom with another queen berth & an overhead bunk. Below deck, aft of the engine room, is the crew quarters with a two berths and a dedicated wet head. Altogether this Fleming 75 sleeps 9 with 6 berths and features a total of 5 heads (including the pilothouse day head).
Entering from the aft cockpit California deck you are immediately greeted by the spacious salon dressed in teak and utilizing the expansive Fleming 75 beam. Featuring the timeless appeal of teak sole with holly accents, vast windows, teak cabinetry, luxurious ultra-suede headliner, and most importantly, an interior layout that balances form with function. Dining and entertaining guests becomes an effortless experience with an open floor plan encompassing the salon and galley. This layout allows for an open social environment while keeping the function of the galley separated from the rest of the salon.
Starting at the port side of the salon is a large wrap-around settee that covers the entire port side of the salon and is complimented by a coffee table. The starboard side features a granite topped wet bar at the aft corner featuring large refrigerated drawers and a wine cooler below the counter, a sink, and glassware storage through three overhead cabinets. An entertainment cabinet is found at the center of the starboard side with a 42” HD TV installed on a retractable lift. Just forward of the starboard entertainment center is a dinette featuring a three-seat settee to outboard and fixed glass-topped table. Opposing the dinette at the port side is the ship’s galley.
The galley is tucked to the port side just forward of the salon, which is separated by a large wrap-around granite counter top and overhead galley cabinets. Within the galley you will find a dishwasher, a double-bowl sink with mixer faucet & insta-hot dispenser, a convection microwave overhead, a 4-burner cooktop, a stainless steel oven below the cooktop, and a full-sized teak faced refrigerator with matching refrigerator drawers beneath. Teak cabinetry fills in the rest of the galley providing plenty of storage for extended cruising.
The accommodations are accessed primarily from the staircase at the starboard side of the pilothouse or alternatively from the direct salon access to the master stateroom. Descending from the pilothouse lands you in the accommodations lobby. Here you will find the full-beam en-suite mid-ship master stateroom to aft with a king berth, a guest stateroom to port with a queen and overhead bunk, and a VIP stateroom at the forward peak with another queen berth. Each stateroom features an ensuite head and shower. The full-sized washer & separate dryer can be found to the port side of the accommodations lobby just forward of the master cabin. The floor of the central lobby lifts to reveal a machinery space that provides access to critical systems onboard beyond those found with the engine room.
The mid-ship master stateroom takes full advantage of the 21’5” beam and features a king sized island berth. This arrangement allows for access from either side and the berth is equipped with a hydraulic lift that can be raised to access a large storage cavity underneath, perfect for storing extra bed linens or keeping valuables out of sight. Nightstands equipped with drawers are situated to either side of the king berth while a granite-topped desk/vanity is found at the starboard wall and features drawers, cabinetry, and shelving compartments with custom shoji screens. Additional shoji screens accent doors of the walk-in closet and hanging locker at the starboard forward corner. Facing the berth is a wall mounted 32” HD TV. To the port side of the stateroom is a full length mirror and access to the en-suite master head.
The master and both guest heads are exceptionally spacious with generous glass and stainless steel shower enclosures. Granite countertops compliment the matching granite floor in the one piece molded fiberglass shower stalls. Most of the heads onboard feature stainless steel sink and shower fixtures and each features Head Hunter toilets. Storage can be found through mirrored medicine cabinets, as well as teak cabinetry above and below the counter tops of the each head.
The en-suite VIP stateroom to forward is comprised of an island queen berth with hanging lockers situated to either side. To the starboard side aft wall is a mounted 32” HD TV (new 2024) facing the berth, as well as access to the en-suite head.
A third stateroom is located to port and, like the rest of the cabins, is accessed from the central accommodations lobby. This en-suite guest stateroom also comes equipped with a queen berth, along with an overhead slide-out bunk. A nightstand, drawers, and a hanging locker at the foot of the outboard berth offer plenty of storage for guests. At the foot of the outboard berth is a wall-mounted HD TV and the en-suite head access is located at the forward end of the stateroom.
This Fleming 75 also features crew quarters below deck—more details in Crew Quarters section.
The Fleming 75, as with all Flemings, features a dedicated pilothouse which takes the role as the primary location to control the boat without any distractions from other onboard activities. However, it remains only a few short steps up from the salon & galley and it is only another five interior steps up to the flybridge.
Visibility forward and wrapping around to port and starboard is excellent. Below the expansive windshield are specially designed removable consoles which provide ample room for a full range of modern electronics and equipment. Overhead consoles provide additional space for instruments and speakers. Engine displays, electrical breakers, fuel management, and other on board systems are handled through the integrated Boning ship monitoring system.
To the aft port side resides a raised corner settee with a granite-inlayed teak table providing a comfortable social or dining area with phenomenal visibility while underway. The overhead wall of the settee is capable of lowering to reveal a hidden Pullman watch-berth. A day head can be found at the center of the aft pilothouse wall, separating the salon access to port and the flybridge access found at the starboard side. Steps down to the accommodations are found at the forward starboard corner of the pilothouse, just adjacent to the console. To each side of the pilothouse is a sliding door that provides access to the walk-around side decks of the Portuguese bridge. A large stainless steel and teak-accented destroyer wheel and two robust Stidd helm chairs finish off the pilothouse of this ultimate cruising yacht.
The flybridge is easily accessed from the pilothouse door at starboard or by the step ladder in the cockpit/California deck. It features a Stidd chair with bench seats to either side at the upper helm station which provides excellent visibility, particularly in close quarters and bustling harbors with its 360 degree view. The electronics console is large enough to house an array of state of the art equipment and can hide away when not in use for protection from the elements. A cushioned lounge is found to the port side of the upper flybridge deck, which provides an excellent spot for kids or grandkids while underway.
Stepping down one level from the upper deck is a social area featuring a wet bar with sink and protective cover along with an icemaker beneath and refrigerator. Cushioned settees are found at either side of this lower deck. Complimenting the larger starboard settee is an adjustable teak table, making this an excellent dining spot at the flybridge level.
Overhead, two offset hardtops, along with a partial-forward flybridge enclosure, gives coverage and protection to the flybridge deck. The forward hardtop and arch supports the custom hinged mast, domes, open arrays, and other instrumentation.
Both levels of the flybridge feature non-skid decks. The boat deck to aft is also comprised of non-skid and includes a Texas Pit Crafters grill, aft docking station, and hatch down to the California deck to port. To the starboard side of the boat deck is the davit, tender chocks, and tender. Space for potential kayak or paddle board storage is found to either side of the boat deck.

Flybridge Features & Boat Deck:
In common with all Flemings, the hull is hand laid and solid fiberglass reinforced with a grid of stringers and frames. The integrated swim platform extends the waterline which adds to the overall length of the semi-displacement hull for a smoother ride. Vinylester resin is utilized below the waterline on the hull with further protection provided by epoxy barrier coats. A reasonable five foot draft allows for Bahamas cruising while ensuring that the running gear is protected by a full-length keel which is foam filled and glassed across the top to isolate it from the hull. This keel gives nearly a foot length of protection until reaching the running gear. Onboard, all exterior decks are comprised of natural teak and natural teak cap rails and combing boards accent the bulwarks throughout.
On deck she has familiar walk-around decks used on all Fleming models; in combination with high bulwarks, a Portuguese bridge, and full length handrails along the inboard house, security for both children and pets is ensured. The cockpit includes a California deck sporting a large wrap-around settee with a fixed teak table. Protecting the California deck, along with the step-ladder to flybridge and the salon doors, is a full enclosure which allows enjoyment of this space all-year and in any weather. At the cockpit deck are hatches allowing access to the lazarette storage cavity below. Each aft corner of the cockpit has a raised platform with warping winches and the transom features a large gate that swings in to allow ingress to the integrated swim platform. Engine room access is found at the port side, up by the port aft pilaster, via lockable door. To the starboard side of the cockpit includes a fold-out control station featuring engine controls and thrusters.
Moving forward along the side decks you will discover entry gates on each side. These gates provide lower entry close to the water line, meanwhile additional gates on either side of the raised Portuguese bridge give the option for a higher point of entry. The Portuguese bridge provides great dock line storage through hatches within the interior. Up to the bow will bring you to the teak foredeck which incorporates a raised fiberglass non-skid section to the center. Special attention has been paid to the ease and safety in which the heavy duty ground tackle is set and retrieved. The anchor platform accepts two anchors with two winches, each of which can be controlled by a handheld unit at the platform or by windlass controls at both the pilothouse and flybridge helm stations.
Superior systems and engineering are key elements for Fleming Yachts, whose philosophy has always been to choose only the best equipment available and have it be readily accessible for maintenance. The 75 provides more headroom below the deck, allowing for a true standup engine room which gives plenty of room to service the twin 1550 horsepower CAT C-30 diesel engines. The main engine room access is from an outside lockable door along the aft port side deck. To achieve the extremely low sound and vibration that Flemings are known for, Aqua-Drive systems transfer the thrust directly to the hull and the engine is isolated by using soft engine mounts. Aft of the engine room resides the crew quarters complete with two berths, a desk/vanity, and separate crew wet head.
The lazarette found beneath the cockpit hatches houses the water tanks and steering gear while also leaving room for additional storage opportunities. Further mechanical equipment is housed with the machinery room located to forward of the engine room. This machinery room is access by a large hatch found at the floor of the accommodation lobby. Much like with the engine room, all components and equipment within this below deck room are very easily reached and serviceable.
